3. Final Cost of Orders
By placing an order on our website, the buyer confirms their agreement to purchase the specified products or services and to pay the indicated price, along with any applicable taxes.
For buyers from the European Union:

The final price of the product includes: the price of the goods (as displayed on the website) + postage costs (as displayed at the time of the transaction) + VAT (upon receipt of the package in your country, if your country is a member of the EU). There are no hidden costs.

We are not VAT registered, and consequently, you will need to pay VAT upon delivery in your country.

Within the European Union, no customs duties are paid for imports, as the products are shipped from Romania, an EU member country.
For buyers from outside the European Union:

The final price of the product includes: the price of the goods (as displayed on the website) + postage costs (as displayed at the time of the transaction) + customs duties (each country has its own customs duties, which are the responsibility of the customer).
4. Payments
Payments can be made using the payment methods specified on the website. All transactions are secure and protected.
Payment options include:

PayPal (for the selected currency $) - for buyers from all countries, including Romania (you do not need a PayPal account; you can pay with a card without being registered with PayPal). Payment is simple and secure; our store does not have access to your financial data.

Bank transfer (SWIFT, IBAN, BIC) - in RON, Euro, or $ - for all countries, including Romania. After placing the order and selecting payment by bank transfer, we will contact you with all the necessary banking details for the transfer.

Cash on delivery (only for orders within Romania).

5. Delivery
We ship internationally, outside the EU only on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
We ship daily (excluding weekends) within the EU and Romania.
All shipments are registered and come with an online tracking number.

6. Returns
a) Cancellations and Exchanges
Request cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase.
We do not accept exchanges.
b) Return items within: 14 days of delivery.
Once the return request has been registered at office@greatblouses.com and approved, you will receive an email with return instructions and the return address. It is essential to follow these instructions and use the provided return address to avoid any return-related issues.
c) Return Conditions
We do not accept returns for custom-made or personalized items.
For accepted returns, buyers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Items can be returned as long as they are in the same condition as when purchased.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, cleaning costs, or repair costs.
Items that include another item (e.g., a dress with a belt, aprons with a belt) must be returned together. Items that are part of a package/costume/outfit cannot be returned separately.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian and EU laws, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Romania.
In the event of any disputes arising between the Seller and Users/Buyers, an attempt will first be made to amicably resolve them.

Thus, for complaints or claims related to the Goods and/or Service purchased, Buyers have the possibility to submit the respective complaint by email to office@greatblouses.com at any time.
If Buyers:
do not receive a response after 30 days from the Seller,
are dissatisfied with how the complaint/claim was managed,
they can resort to alternative dispute resolution procedures (ADR/ODR) presented below and subsequently to the competent Romanian courts.

ADR represents an alternative mechanism to the judicial system, through which consumers are offered the possibility to solve potential disputes when facing an issue related to the purchase of Goods and/or a Service. Thus, complaints or claims against traders will be voluntarily presented by consumers and will be independently, impartially, transparently, quickly, and fairly resolved.
