We are a Romanian company operating in this field since 2004. We are producers of traditional Romanian blouses, with over 20 years of experience in this domain. We are among the most consistent sellers of Romanian traditional art online.

How much do your products cost?

The prices of our products are displayed on the website. Since we ship through postal services, the product's price is complemented by the shipping cost.

We do not charge storage or packaging fees.

For orders within the EU, the final price consists of the product's price displayed on the website, the shipping cost (free if your order has 4 products exceeding $500) and VAT, the percentage of which varies from country to country. We do not collect VAT; it will be collected in your country upon parcel receipt.

For international orders outside the EU, the final price includes the product's price displayed on the website, the shipping cost (free if your order has 4 products exceeding $500), and custom fees, which differ from country to country.

For example, the USA doesn't charge custom fees for packages shipped from Romania, while Japan imposes a percentage of the order value. Please check with the customs in your country for any customs fees you might have to pay.

Can I cancel an order?

Within the first 24 hours of placing your order on our website, if the order has not been shipped, you can contact us at office@greatblouses.com or call us at +40 722 708 163 (English and Romanian only). We will cancel your order and refund your payment on the same day.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Can I change an order?

Yes, you can make changes to an order within the first 24 hours. Please contact us at office@greatblouses.com if you wish to modify an order, but only before it has been shipped.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

For local orders within Romania, we accept PayPal, bank transfer, and COD (cash on delivery).

If your order will be shipped in Romania you can order directly by phone , at  0722 708 163

For international orders, we accept credit card payments through PayPal , PayPal and bank transfers (SWIFT, BIC, IBAN)

Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

How long does it take to process an order before it is dispatched?

We post parcels shipped within Romania on the same day or no later than the next day after you place the order.

For EU countries, we send out orders daily except on weekends.

For the rest of the world, we mail orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

What are your shipping options ?

Local orders within Romania are shipped with Romanian Post or Fan Curier.

For international orders, we ship priority (by air) parcels, registered and insured with tracking using Romanian Post and your national post.This is insured and we are responsible for the delivery of your order .

Do you offer expedited shipping ?

Yes, we do. For international orders, we can upgrade shipping from Priority Mail to Express Mail. Please contact us at  office@greatblouses.com  if you want to upgrade shipping, and we will calculate the difference in shipping cost for this option.

How do I get free shipping from your store ?      

Within Romania you have free shipping .

For international orders : you get free shipping if you buy any  4 products which costs 500 $ .

How long will it take for my order to arrive ?

For local orders: 1-2 days within Romania.

For international orders: 7-10 days to Europe, 

                                    10-14 days to the USA, Japan, and the UK

                                    14-21 days to Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.

My order has been dispatched. Can I track it ?

Yes, you can. We send packages with a tracking code that we will provide to you  right after we shipped your order .With this tracking code, you can monitor your package on your country's postal service website ( like USPS in the USA, Japan Post for Japan, Parcelforce for the UK, and so on) until it's delivered.

We are responsible for your order until you'll receive it .

How do you price your postage ?

Since we ship by post, the cost of shipping is calculated based on the package's weight in kilograms. Here's how it works:

In Romania, we offer free shipping.

For EU countries, the first kilogram costs $20, with an additional $10 for each extra kilogram.

For Asia and North America, the first kilogram costs $25, with an additional $10 for each extra kilogram.

For South America, the first kilogram costs $40, with an additional $10 for each extra kilogram.

For the rest of the world (non-EU countries from Europe, Oceania, Central America), the first kilogram costs $30, with an additional $10 for each extra kilogram. 

If you buy four products from our website, and their total value exceeds $500, we offer free shipping worldwide. This usually means a 10% discount, as the shipping cost for four products is at least $50. So, take advantage of this offer !

I received my order, and I want to return it.What is the return window ? 

Return items within 14 days of delivery date . Once your return request has been registered and approved at office@greatblouses.com , you will receive an email with return instructions and the return address. Please follow these instructions and use the provided return address to avoid any issues with your return.

Return conditions

We do not accept returns for custom-made or personalized items.

Items can be returned as long as they are in the same condition as when purchased. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, cleaning costs, or repairing costs.

Items that include another item (e.g., a dress with a belt, aprons with a belt) must be returned together. Items that are part of a pack or costume cannot be returned separately.

Who pays for the return shipping cost?

For accepted returns, buyers are responsible for return postage.

Non-Delivered Parcels - What Does This Mean ?

If an order is returned to our store due to the following reasons:

  • The buyer's refusal to pay customs fees or VAT (within the EU)
  • The buyer providing an incorrect address or zip code

If a package is returned, not picked up by the client for the reasons mentioned above or for any other reason, we will issue a refund for the cost of the initial order, deducting the shipping fees for both the outgoing and return shipments, as well as any other charges imposed on us by the postal service providers, such as storage, repeated delivery attempts, etc. Alternatively, we can work with the buyer to arrange a reshipment of the order, with the associated costs covered by the buyer.

How long will it take for a refund to be issued ?

We will refund your money for canceled orders on the same day as the order cancellation.

For returns, we will refund your money immediately after we receive the product back and it is inspected.

How do I receive my money back for a returned product?

The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was initially used for the purchase. If you made your payment through PayPal, the refund will be processed through PayPal. If you paid via bank transfer, the refund will be issued through a bank transfer.

An exception applies to orders within Romania with Cash on Delivery (COD) payment. In this case, the refund will be processed via a bank transfer to the customer's account, who returned the merchandise .
