For returns, customers are required to initiate the process by sending an email to office@greatblouses.com. Only after receiving and following the provided instructions, should the return be completed .

Return items within: 14 days of delivery

Once your return request has been registered and approved, you will receive an email with return instructions and the return address. It is important that you follow these instructions and use the return address provided, to avoid any issues with your return.

Return conditions

We do not accept returns for custom made or personalized items .

For the accepted returns ,buyers are responsible for return postage.

Items can be returned as long as they are in the same condition as when purchased.If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value  , cleaning costs , repairing cost .

Items that include another item (dress with belt, aprons with belt, for example) must be returned with this one. Items that are part of a pack/costume/outfit cannot be returned separately.

If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address filled in by the buyer or due to customs fees and taxes?

In the event that an order is returned to our store because the buyer refused to pay customs fees or VAT ( within EU ) or because the buyer gave us the wrong address/zip code, we will issue a refund for the cost of the order , minus the original shipping and minus the return shipping as well. Alternatively, we can work with the buyer to reship the order at their expense.
