Antique Romanian folk costume from Transylvania , Sicula

This is a superb, traditional Romanian costume from Transylvania, specifically the Sicula/Arad region, with a rich history dating back many years. It is meticulously hand-embroidered with beautiful floral patterns and adorned with delicate lace. The fabric is a combination of handwoven linen and hemp. This Romanian folk costume consists of two pieces: a Romanian traditional blouse and a high-waisted skirt, both lavishly embroidered.

The Romanian folk blouse features the typical Transylvanian front button closure, showcasing vintage buttons. The fitted cuffs also fasten with buttons, while the sleeves are voluminous. Here are the measurements for a size S-M or M:
