Traditional Romanian costume from Oltenia.

A 50-60 years old Romanian traditional dress featuring hand embroidery with red and yellow cotton thread on white commercial linen. The dress is in very good condition with minor signs of wear. No tears, repairs, or noticeable stains. Preserved well, with occasional original irregularities in the white fabric.

A 50-80 years old pleated overskirt handwoven with multicolored fine cotton thread on a black background. A light apron from Oltenia, suitable for summer. Pleated around the upper hem, it's an overlapping skirt secured with a needle, buttons  and a belt/sash. Fits a waist circumference up to 80 cm (31.5 inches).

Max waist circumference (pleated): 80 cm (31.5 inches)

Lower hem circumference: 3 meters (118 inches)

Skirt length: 67 cm (26.37 inches)

Age: 50 years

Condition: Good condition, slightly used. The red ribbon on the hem is newly added; the older one was broken.
