Traditional Romanian vintage dress, old ethnic dress hand-woven

This Romanian folk dress hails from the South of Romania and it is m handwoven with black cotton thread. It boasts a rare and impressive size, fitting between L and XL – a true gem to find an old traditional dress with such dimensions. The handwoven pattern showcases a dense and compact arrangement, beautifully adorning the chest, sleeves, and hem.To ensure a perfect fit, the dress features a drawstring at the waist, allowing you to adjust its circumference as desired.

The back of this Romanian folk  dress is composed of two materials skillfully sewn together (please refer to the pictures for more details).

Preserved in its original condition, the dress has recently undergone a gentle wash to restore it.

Condition: This Romanian folk  dress is in good condition, devoid of any prominent patches, tears, or stains. No major defects have been observed. However, the black hue has gently faded over the years, now revealing a charming dark gray shade.

When caring for this treasured dress, it is crucial to wash it only with cold water and let it dry naturally under the sun or in the wind – avoiding automatic drying.
