Traditional Romanian wool belt hand-woven from cherry-black wool. It is a very thick and wide belt that is worn only with traditional thick wool skirts, winter skirts (valnice). It comes from the Mehedinti area.

It is wrapped around the waist, fixed with a needle and then tied over it the black wool rope from the photos.
