This is a stunning traditional Romanian blouse and vintage skirt from the Banat/Caras region, a traditional Romanian costume hand-embroidered with silver thread on semi-transparent organza/nylon fabric. The handmame skirt is decorated with matching embroidery on the lower hem. The hand embroidered blouse features superb hand-embroidery on the sleeves and chest.
Dated around the 1960s-1970s.
Condition: Good, with normal wear for its age but clean and ready to wear.
