This stunning vintage Romanian folk costume from the 1960s is a handcrafted two-piece set, including a Romanian  traditional blouse (ie) and a matching embroidered skirt. Made from fine white commercial fabric, the set is adorned with beautiful hand-stitched blue and white embroidery, crafted with cotton and silk threads.

The traditional Romanian blouse features intricate hand embroidery on the chest and sleeves, with a charming crochet trim around the neckline, threaded with delicate tassels for added flair. The sleeves are finished with buttoned cuffs, adding a refined detail to this authentic design. Note that the blouse is extended with a fabric similar in texture but slightly different in shade.
