Old Romanian traditional handmade blouse , hand embroidered with multicolored cotton thread on industrial canvas. Cross stitch with multicolored cotton thread. Splendid lace rows handmade with yellow thread.
This Romanian blouse is originally made with sleeves up to the elbow, this can be seen after the arrangement of the embroidery around the sleeve. It is tied with laces around the elbows.
This folk blouse is made from several pieces of cloth, the back, the chest, the sleeves are made from strips of cloth, not from one whole piece.
It has no major defects, no repairs or tears, the canvas is good, durable. Here and there the thread in the embroidery has discolored . Minor traces of wear .
