Hand embroidered vintage Romanian dress from Transylvania

Romanian traditional  vintage dress with ample skirt from Transylvania. This exquisite traditional dress is meticulously handcrafted, adorned with intricate handmade lace embroidery (sabac) on the chest, lower hem , and sleeve's frill . The fabric is handmade traditional fabric.

While the handmade lace may not be in perfect condition, showing some wear and thinning in places (as seen in the last picture), the price reflects this imperfection. For those with the time and skill, the sabac can be reinforced and restored. Nevertheless, this Romanian  traditional dress remains beautiful; paired with a pair of catrinte and a belt, it will create a stunning and authentic Transylvanian folk costume.
