This is an old Romanian handmade blouse, hand crafted on cotton fabric from commerce. This traditional Romanian blouse is sewn with multicolored cotton thread. It is extended with a similar fabric and decorated with handmade crocheting on the sleeves.
There is a small repair or a fabric defect, I can't quite tell, slightly larger than the eye of a needle (see the last picture). It doesn't have any other defects. It's clean and ready to wear.
