This is an old Romanian traditional dress handwoven with burgundy cotton thread. The fabric used for the skirt (the bottom part of the dress) is store-bought cotton, while the fabric used for the blouse and the border on the hem is handwoven fabric.
Except for some discolorations on the right sleeve (please check all the photos, there are 4-5 lightly discolored areas and one more pronounced area at the top on the shoulder), this Romanian folk dress is in good condition, without normal traces of wear for an item of 50-60 years old and is clean.

Length of the dress: 126 cm ( 49.6 " ) (it has 42 cm up to the waist)

Sleeve length measured from the base of the neck: 72 cm (28.34 " )
