Vintage Romanian blouse with puff sleeves and white hand embroidery

Superb vintage Romanian blouse adorned with exquisite hand embroidery, highlighted on its voluminous wide sleeves. Originally from Transylvania, Lipova region, this Romanian peasant blouse is painstakingly sewn with white silk thread on a delicate white fabric, a blend of cotton and viscose or silk. The sleeves, extending to the elbows, are gathered with elastic around the elbows to create a voluminous and puffy effect. Vintage lace edging each sleeve.

The neckline is beautifully embellished with intricate black hand embroidery. White silk embroidery is arranged on the sleeves.

This Romanian  blouse is available in size S. It offers ample space for the chest and shoulders, the smallest measurement being the distance from the shoulder to the armpit and the length of the shirt. It is recommended to be worn only with trousers or a high-waisted skirt due to its length .
