Romanian traditional blouse from Bihor with multicolored buttons

Exquisite traditional Romanian blouse handmade in Transylvania, Bihor, likely dating back to the period between 1930 and 1960.

This Romanian folk blouse features splendid white embroideries  handcrafted on thick, handwoven fabric reminiscent of denim. The intricate white cotton embroideries adorn the shoulders and cuffs, while delicate white lace embellishes the collar, ruffles, and chest, accentuated by vintage colorful buttons.

Designed to fit sizes S-M, the measurements are as follows:

Neck: 34 cm (13.38 inches) - Can be adjusted with strings to accommodate larger neck sizes.

Shoulder to shoulder seam: 14 cm (5.5 inches) - Circumference on this seam: 38 cm (15 inches). Suitable for a size M, but with limited flexibility beyond that.

Sleeve length from neck: 60 cm (23.6 inches) + frill: 7 cm (2.8 inches).

Collar width: 8 cm (3.14 inches).

Blouse length: 57 cm (22.44 inches).

Chest circumference: 120 cm (47.24 inches) - The blouse has a bell shape.
