Vintage handmade Romanian traditional skirt  handwoven with multicolored fine wool and cotton thread. The background is red with vertical stripes woven with multicolored flowers. It is finished at the waist.

This Romanian folk skirt  can be closed with a button, and thus will fit a waist circumference of 80 cm. You can move the button wherever you like along the waistline to fit any waist circumference less than 80 cm.

Measurements:

The maximum circumference around the waist, as it is pleated right now, is 88 cm ( 34.64 " ) . So, the skirt will fit any waist circumference less than 88 cm.

The lower hem circumference is 3 meters ( 118 " ) 

Skirt  length: 61 cm ( 24 " ) 

Age: 50 - 80 years.

Condition: Good condition showing minimal signs of wear for its age. 5-10 ( 2-4 inches )  cm on one side of the Romanian skirt , in height, is woven with pink thread. This part is, in any case, on the inside, being covered by the other part.

No holes, stains, or repairs! Never cleaned; these handmade wool pieces should only be dry cleaned!
