This is a rare vintage Romanian traditional costume from Carasova, Banat, composed of 3 authentic pieces, all handcrafted:

1. Vintage Romanian Folk Dress (Ia cu poale)

• Handmade from fine commercial cotton fabric, delicately hand-embroidered with white, green, blue, and brown threads.

• The dress features a low waist with pleats in the back, giving it a unique, retro look typical of the Banat area.

• The top and bottom parts of the dress might have been made at different times, as there are slight differences between them—this is common in traditional vintage garments.

• Shoulder + Sleeve length (from neckline): 70 cm (27.5 inches)
