A pair of traditional Romanian aprons (zadii) from the Lugoj region, featuring a front apron with metallic inserts (85 cm x 36 cm / 33.5 in x 14.2 in) and a more richly decorated apron with a silver-white silk pattern (74 cm x 36 cm / 29.1 in x 14.2 in). Both aprons have a black silk background and are trimmed with commercial lace.
The front apron, adorned with metalwork, has a small, discreet tear at the waist, unnoticeable when worn.
In good condition, without other visible defects, these aprons represent a rare and authentic piece of Banat's traditional folk costume heritage.
