Antique Hungarian tablecloth from Transylvania dated 1913, hand embroidered very old tablecloth

More than 100 years old Hungarian hand embroidered tablecloth from Transylvania. Székelyvásárhely region or in Romanian: Mures county. It is a beautiful example of Hungarian hand embroidery from Transylvania dated 1913.

"Kocsis Iulie Keszult 1918" is hand-sewn on the tablecloth, translated: "Handmade in July 1913"

Hand stitched with black cotton thread on homespun linen with stripes. Superb textile in good condition. No tear, no reparation. Museum quality.

Size: 155 cm long x 120 cm wide or 61 inches x 47. 24 inches, measured without the hand crocheted lace border which is 7 cm (2. 75 wide) .
