Vintage handmade Romanian traditional shirt with white embroidery for men size S-M

This is a stunning traditional shirt handmade in Romania's Transylvania region, specifically in Banat. Its beautiful white silk embroidery is displayed on the chest , collar and cuffs creating an impressive pattern. The fabric of the shirt is made of the  hand woven cotton material .

This Romanian traditional shirt is designed for a man with S-  M size or for a woman as a dress ( L-XL size for women ) with the following measurements: 

40 cm neck circumference ( 15.74 " ) 

a length of 114 cm ( 44.88 " )

shoulders measuring 36 cm across (14.17 " )

The sleeve length  is  59 cm ( 23.22 " )  including the twisted cuff as shown in photos  

The shirt has  110 cm  ( 43.3 " ) circumference right under the armpits and a 128 cm (50.39 " )  waist circumference. 

The distance from the shoulder to the armpit is 21 cm (8.26 " ). The shirt is in good condition, with only minor signs of wear that are expected from a handmade folk shirt  of this age.

The Romanian shirt is estimated to be at least 40 to 50 years old, or possibly older. It is a fantastic and unique piece that showcases the traditional clothing style of Transylvania.
