Romanian traditional blouse for men with splendid silk embroidery

Traditional Romanian shirt, an exquisite old piece for men, handmade in the Transylvania , Banat region. Its beautiful embroidery in white and salmon-pink silk is displayed on the chest, creating an impressive pattern, and also around the hem. The fabric of this vintage Romanian shirt is  handmade from handcrafted cotton fibers.

This Romanian folk shirt is designed for a medium-sized man or for a woman wearing it as a dress (size M-L), with the following measurements:

Collar circumference: 39 cm (15.35 inches)

Shirt length: 120 cm (47.2 inches )

Shoulder length + sleeve: 77 cm (30.3 inches), including the cuff.

The shirt has a circumference of 130 cm (51.18 inches) just under the armpits. The distance from the shoulder to the armpit is 27 cm (10.6 inches).

Waist circumference: 146 cm (57.4 inches)

This stunning Romanian  shirt from Banat is in good condition, with only minor signs of wear, which are normal for a handcrafted piece of this age.
