A traditional handmade apron of the Hungarians from Transylvania, the folkloric region of Tara Calatei (Kalotaszeg). It is old, manually pleated and decorated with handmade embroideries arranged at the waist and on two vertical bands located along the entire length of the apron. The flowered material used to make this splendid traditional Hungarian apron is a mixture of wool and another fiber, probably cotton. Because it also contains wool, there are some small holes in the apron that are not visible when it is dressed due to its amplitude. There is also a 1 cm repair hidden between the folds.
Clean, beautiful, rarity.
Universal measure:
waist: 36 cm (14.17")
length: 86 cm (33.85 ")
at the base, without pulling it, it is 130 cm (51.18 ")
You will not often meet with this type of Hungarian apron, they are already very rare, on the way to extinction.
